What is the best nonstick cookware that doesn't start pealing off after 2 to 3 years?
Please give me the name brand and where it can be purchased.
Only & only if you don't cook on anything higher the Med heat, ur pan will last forever, I've had one for over 8 years & it's just like new, but I have other that has not done so well , because of high cooking temperture, just read the direction.

Le Creuset – can be purchased anywhere decent.

The key phrase is "Hard Anodized." Cookware that says this should last a long time if not abused. My wife's favorite is Circulon, available at most places where cookware is sold.

I am a huge All-clad fan, But I also have Waring (NSF approved) nonstick pans.
I purchased the Waring at Costco and the All-Clad at various stores such as William and Sonoma, Chef's catalog, Crate and Barrel and Ebay.
I find LeCruset too heavy to cook with everyday (cast iron, you know), except for the French Oven (for soups and pot roasts).

Don't laugh, but the best set I've owned is called "Cooks Essestials" from QVC! I never buy from them, but a guy who runs a catering business from his home suggested these. (he's a trained chef, school etc) You should be able to buy them online. I got the 18/10 stainless. I have learned too, to wash by hand, don't stick them in the dishwaser.
