i need nonstick cookware set, can anyone recommend the best brand, something u know lasts and uses well?
any hard anodized aluminum set with a non stick coating will last as long as you only use plastic utensils and don't use super high heat. they will cook evenly and brown foods nicely. for any oven baked dishes i would recommend Le cruset. it is expensive but you only need maybe 2 or 3 pans in different sizes for the oven. they are enamel coated cast iron, nothing will cook more evenly in the oven. they also make a great cast iron grill pan. it is not non stick coated and will need to be seasoned properly before the first use.

I know there are plenty of really good brands out there but I have to tell you that I love my Chef Series that I bought from Tupperware a few years ago. It is one of my prized posses ions. Check it out by clicking on this link:

I use Scanpan. The pans are titanium and the nonstick coating is applied as a molten liquid under immense pressure. It is fairly expensive, but will last a lifetime. Just for fun I have tried to make things stick, but after years of trying I gave that up as a fruitless endeavor. These really are great pans.

Target has a brand called Kitchen Essentials by Calphalon– awesome.
It's affordable and durable. I reccommend the anodized set.
The handles are sturdy, and the pans can take a beating.
The only down side is that they are a little weighty, so if you have weak wrists, you may want to look into a little less expensive set.

I love my Cook's Essentials from QVC. I have had mine about 18 months and I just love it. You can also use it in the oven, so t does double duty!! You can go to the QVC website and find it quite easily. It is quite affordable!
